FAQ's
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, or in New Zealand and
Australia internet banking payments are also accepted. Orders will not be
dispatched until payment has been received in full.
Shipping
New
Zealand
Please allow 2-3 working days from receipt of your
payment for goods to be delivered to your door (times may vary depending on
your location or time of year). All deliveries are done by courier.
Australia
Standard delivery is by airmail. Please allow 10 working days
for delivery from postage to most Australian addresses.
Customs
Duties & Other Fees
International orders will incur delivery charges and the recipient
will also be responsible for any duty, taxes and import charges.
Damaged Items
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us and we will
arrange for them to be returned to us. We will happily replace them.
Returns & refunds
Snazzy Shop will happily replace your purchase if it does not meet
your expectations. Just make sure the product is returned in its original
unused condition within 14 days of purchase.
Goods are returned to Snazzy Shop at your expense, however if the product
is deemed to be faulty we will credit or refund the return postage cost. Please
note we are happy to exchange sale goods but postage will have to be paid both
ways by the customer. If you have any further questions regarding refunds
please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss any issues.
